One important aspect of any business or club today is keeping their clients or members up to date with the latest news or offers. This has been achieved for many years by making good use of the postal service. Unfortunately, as life moves at a much faster rate nowadays and postal costs are rising, especially if you have overseas contacts, email is proving to be much swifter and guaranteed to find the right person, rather than swimming around a postal room for some time.

Plain text emails can be informative if not a little boring to read. The use of HTML within emails makes for a more interesting read and offers the viewer some level of interaction. They can click embedded links directly to specific areas of your web site and the use of color and graphics as always a winner. It is always advisable to send a plain text version of your email and the anti spam laws require you to be able to handle subscriptions and unsubscibe services effectively.

All recipients must be able to unsubscribe from your email campaigns at every opportunity and equally, you want to make it as easy as possible for new subscribers to sign up for your email news. Our Email Campaign System will handle all this for you. We can add a simple sign up process on your web site which will handle your subscribers details effectively. To ensure the system is not abused, a confirmation email will be sent out which requires just a simple click to verify the sign up.

You are even able to decide what information you want to collect during the sign up process. By default, just the name and emaill address are required, but you can add additional requests too.

We can design your HTML emails for you on an individual basis or design a template that can be easily updated with new information when required. You will be able to log on and manage your subscribers when ever you like and add new members from email details that you already have on file. You will also be able to see how effective your campaigns are and see if any emails bounce are are unsubscribed.

There is a small fee for this service of just £10.00 per campaign and 2p per email sent*. When you consider how time consuming it can be to handle all this yourselves, you will soon see how cost effective it is.

To see an example of this process use the sign up form on the left. After the verification process is complete, your details will be removed from our server and not be used for marketing. This is purely a demonstration of the process.
